Drobo 4D Review in 2018
I recently purchased the Drobo 4D. It is a beyondRAID storage devices which houses up to 4 Hard Drives. It's great for having redundant data storage, so that you never lose any files. However, the 4D is the oldest Drobo, and as such it only has a USB 2.0 port. As such, file transfer is slow. Due to this, I would recommend one of the newer Drobos that I have listed below, these are the best prices you'll find!
Drobo 5c - a USB C enabled Drobo, which holds 5 drives at exceptional speeds.

Drobo 5n - A networked attached (NAS) Drobo, which holds 5 drives

Drobo 5d - A USB 3.0 attached Drobo (DAS), which holds 5 drives.
